Fullstack Web Programmer

Responsibilities:

1. Feature Development: Design and implement new features on the LMS and community platform (e.g., courses, forums, grading), ensuring scalability and alignment with user needs.
2. System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, ensure optimal performance, and resolve bugs quickly.
3. Performance Optimization: Optimize code and databases to improve speed, especially for real-time updates.
4. System Integration: Implement third-party integrations (e.g., payments, analytics, cloud services).
5. Documentation: Create technical documentation for team collaboration and future maintenance.
6. Curriculum Development: Develop a product management syllabus aligned with industry standards, tailored to the mentee's needs.
7. Mentorship: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to encourage independent problem-solving.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Fullstack Web Programmer with a focus on developing medium to large-scale web applications.
3. Required: Laravel, React|S, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, jQuery, SPA, WebSocket.
4. Nice to have: Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
5. Understanding of microservices architecture. Experience with tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
6. Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
