General Manager of Operations - Ghia Farms

One of our businesses, Ghia Farms, is looking for an Operations Manager who will lead the Sales and Operation Department as detailed below:

Responsibilities:

1. Managing all departments including sales, operations, and support
2. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets
3. Monitor and analyze business performance metrics
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
5. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
6. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
7. Increase operational efficiency, communication, consistency, and profitability in all departments
8. Stay updated on industry developments and changes to adapt business strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
5. Ability to manage people
6. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
7. Self-motivated and target-driven
8. Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, & AR
