Senior Civil Supervisor (Fluent English or Mandarin)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for area survey (geology and civil) before the start of construction, including review of drawings.
2. Collaborate with the construction unit to prepare the overall construction progress plan based on the contract and the company's overall layout.
3. Strictly supervise the quality of civil work in Project including but not limited to inspection, material and equipment use.
4. Strictly supervise and control the construction costs of civil work in Project including but not limited to review and realization of the cost used.
5. Participate in civil engineering contract management and assist in handling disputes from any parties, including claims and other matters during the implementation of civil work referring to contract.
6. Do necessary communication with all parties (internal and external) which involved in Civil Construction work.
7. Solve any design and construction issue which may arise in the construction of Civil work.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Have experience 5-10 years in developer Company for high rise building (such as apartment, office tower building, and high floor hotel).
3. Excellent communication skill (fluency) in spoken and written English, Mandarin will be prioritized.
4. Good attitude, initiative ability, proactive, creative thinking and problem solver.
5. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
6. Working Location: Skyhouse BSD/Alam Sutera (Tangerang Regency).
