Industrialization Quality Senior Engineer

Guarantee that the Voice of the Customer is well translated and ranked in term of criticality (parts and sub-assemblies). Express that through CTQ characteristics, to identify critical-to-process parameters (CTP) and drive risk management accordingly.

Ensure the 10 Industrialization quality fundamentals implementation.

Support and train project team on methods and tools needed to reach robustness, capability and Quality risks management.

Identify and report to project management any Quality risk.

Lead the problem solving method resolution in OLM to fix Quality issues escalation.

Transfer Quality files to plant resp. for parts and process.

Support and train the offer team on methods and tools needed to reach industrial process robustness and capability, and quality risk management. Partner with PQL/OQL, and other key functions ensuring linkages of DFMEA, CTQ/CTPs, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Capabilities, Supplier Part Approval, Pilot Run/PPAP, Product Change Management (PCM), Problem Solving, and Lessons Learned.

Process / Part

1. Lead Process and reverse FMEA and follow up.
2. Lead Pilot Run/PPAP practices across the end to end offer lifecycle.
3. Challenge & act as Customer advocate to challenge RPN level in PFMEA (no black, no red).
4. Lead Process Qualification by accurate Capability studies.
5. Identify Mandatory Requirements for each Process line and ensure their completion.
6. Manage CTQs CTPs from acquisition (DFSR output) to control (Process Control Plan).
7. Create and ensure the implementation of the Control Plan.
8. Collaborate to the APQP (PPAP).
9. Audit Internal and external processes.
10. Ensure the implementation of all Quality disposals to protect Customers.
11. Lead quality issue resolution in applying the appropriate problem solving methods and tools.
12. Onboard plant quality responsibles on industrial process quality.

Qualifications

1. Plant experiences in Quality position (Supplier and/or Process).
2. Quality skills such those needed for Green Belt (Risks management, animation, statistic, FMEA, Metrology).
3. Technologies (material, molding, stamping, assembly, automation, ...).
4. Relationship oriented (suppliers, plants, projects).
5. Business English mandatory and German if possible.
6. Engineer graduate.
7. Good cross functional skill (like communicate, convince, negotiate,…).
