Account Executive - SPX Express (Yogyakarta)

Location: Indonesia - Yogyakarta

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operational performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.

Job Description:

1. Maintain up to 330 sellers
2. Analyze & monitor sellers' operational performance
3. Record and escalate issues of system & operations
4. Conduct seller visits, with the ability to do upselling
5. Execute ways to help grow SPX sellers' orders
6. Able to support seller needs during SBD and Campaigns (connecting necessary information for SPX operation needs)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, with 1 year or more experience in managing clients
2. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
3. Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
4. Fast learner, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced company
5. Highly organized & dependable
6. High attention to detail
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
