Highfield Secondary School Bekasi, is currently seeking for professional teachers for Academic Year 2025-2026 to fill in the following position:

ECONOMICS & BUSINESS STUDIES TEACHER

FOR

HIGHFIELD SECONDARY SCHOOL BEKASI

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and delivering Economics & Business Studies subjects in class for secondary students, by instructing students in a clear, concise, meaningful and fun way, and regularly preparing lesson plans that are engaging and incorporate the curriculum.
2. Organising the classroom and learning resources, ensuring the students feel motivated and engaged.
3. Preparing, marking and providing assessments to facilitate positive students’ development and academic achievement.
4. Documenting, providing feedback and reporting student's progress to the school, parents and other school stakeholders.
5. Preparing students to face the IGCSE and/or A-Level test.
6. Attend and participate in school events to better understand student interest and personalities outside of the regular classroom, build strong relationships with the students and aid in the strengthening of their self-confidence while inspiring them to achieve high goals.

Qualifications:

1. Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university with a relevant background (majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Management or related).
2. Experienced in International curriculum (Cambridge/IB) for at least 2 years.
3. Open minded and creative.
4. Love education and passionate in teaching secondary students.
5. Able to work in a team or independently.
6. Able to manage classroom.
