Job description

The Executive – eCommerce will support in managing the ecommerce marketplace operations for our brand, as well as planning and execution of marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support in managing Omron E-commerce sales channels on marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Omron E-Shop) and ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
  2. Support to manage promotional pricing, assortment strategies, and co-own P&L and budget responsibilities to maximize profitability.
  3. Forecast, measure, and report critical e-commerce metrics (e.g., GMV, number of orders, average order value, discounts) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the content team to set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs, and ensure timely execution of promotions aligned with marketplace campaign calendars.
  5. Work closely with warehouse partners, distributors, and vendors to ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment, and highest customer satisfaction.
  6. Support in providing data-driven and actionable insights to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.
  7. Monitor brand reputation by tracking reviews, ratings, and reporting counterfeit products to protect brand integrity.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in a related field.
  2. Strong negotiation skills to liaise with marketplace platforms.
  3. Experience in Sales and Operations with platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and other e-commerce platforms.
  4. Able to handle daily order flow and operate marketplace Seller Centres.
  5. Familiar with managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok will be an advantage.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with advanced skills in creating professional presentations and using Pivot Tables for data analysis.
  7. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Canva for basic design tasks. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  8. Possess strong attention to detail, good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset.
  9. Understand the entire e-commerce matrix and process flow.
  10. Ability to work under tight deadlines and extra hours in a fast-paced environment.
