We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist.

Role Description:

As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize daily operations, including product listings, order processing, and customer support, ensuring efficiency and success on our online platform. This role requires strong knowledge of e-commerce, logistics, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Campaign Development: Create marketing campaigns with partners and ensure consistent brand messaging.
2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to align goals, identify growth opportunities, and offer relevant products/services.
3. Product Management: Update product listings, descriptions, and maintain the product catalog.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to execute strategies and communicate client needs.
5. Order Processing: Oversee the order fulfillment process, including order confirmation, packaging, and shipping.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better results.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Management, Business, Communication, Marketing, or related fields) with relevant experience as an E-Commerce Operator or Key Account for at least 1-2 years in a relevant industry.
2. Familiarity with popular E-Commerce platforms and understanding of online retail trends.
3. A deep understanding of E-Commerce platform algorithms, features, and trends, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
4. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
5. Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as E-Commerce Marketplace Dashboards (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, etc.).

Placement:

Willing to be placed at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang, with a full WFO system (Mon – Fri).
