Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage online sales for the brand across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee).
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards for store performance on e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Optimize store layout, listings, and overall user experience to maximize conversions.
  • Create and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Develop strategies, campaigns, and targets aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to track performance against targets.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes.
  • Ensure alignment with other departments to support overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance across e-commerce platforms.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to optimize product offerings.
  • Create briefs for social media posts, offline platforms, and advertisements to promote products and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all channels.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure a healthy stock of products for e-commerce sales.
  • Work with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Oversee the financial processes related to e-commerce, including claimable promotions and timely payments.
  • Ensure accurate financial records and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Track and monitor all key metrics related to e-commerce business performance.
  • Use analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimize operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for high-level client interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management or a similar role.
  • Experience in fashion with a good taste in fashion.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and managing e-commerce operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with financial processes and budgeting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
