Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at CHATUP TECH in PIK, NORTH JAKARTA. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing a specific brand client's communication through various channels for a specific client or brand which specializes in F&B. You will play a vital role in boosting sales and expanding the brand’s online presence as well as maintaining all of their brand's online social media, such as IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and their own portal.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in social media management and campaign execution
• Experience in the F&B Industry is a plus
• Strong communication skills, able to creatively express the brand's views, achieve overall user growth and activity
• Plan marketing strategies and methods based on different social media platforms trends, set specific goals and report ROI, generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (such as original text, photos, videos, and news) and monitor SEO and website traffic indicators
• Digital Marketing and Marketing knowledge
• Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies
• Creativity and innovation in content creation
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and social media analysis & knowledge of online marketing channels
• Time management and detail-oriented
• Language: Fluent in English & Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus)
