Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

Job Descriptions:

  • Foster a good working relationship & trust with partner companies (give assistance on tech ecosystem preparation, identify and solve partner’s problems/needs, collect their feedback on partnership or product, provide marketing collaterals, organize marketing events with a partner if necessary)
  • Provide consultancy for partners about best practices for Mekari products and product issues
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders related to partner/client issues
  • Perform data entry and maintain partner/lead database to internal tracker
  • Work together with the Partnership Team to improve partnership system & program and boost partner activation
  • Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with partners

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience professional with proven track record of building relationships and winning business.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interest in startups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial environments.
  • Ability to build relationships & collaborate with others
  • Able to learn fast and eager to learn.
