Butler (Daily Worker)

APPLICANTS WHO ARE NOT CURRENTLY LIVING IN BALI, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION FOR INTERVIEW AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEED ANY JOB OFFER WITHOUT IN PERSON INTERVIEW.

Requirements:

Male only - As this position will also involve with outdoor area - moving and watering heavy pot plants.

Speak English fluently - excel in daily English conversation

Flexible in working hours

Minimum 1 years experience in combination housekeeping and front office `(Butler) and will need to know how to cook breakfast or able to train in cooking.

Must be able to cook breakfast.

Can cook lunch and dinner will be a plus point.

Salary at IDR 130.000 per day - IDR 150.000 per day and bonus and THR - after probation, BPJS Tenaga Kerja and BPJS Kesehatan.

General

• Maintains a clean and neat appearance at all times and well groomed
• Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by company

• Experienced or fresh graduate from relevant education background are welcome to apply
• High attention to details, have a good business awareness, entrepreneurship, and target oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication strength

Operational

• To be responsible to maintain cleanliness and oversee all operations
• To maintain a safe environment for all guests
• Ensure maintenance is up to date at all times
• Inspect all properties after being cleaned to ensure quality standards are met before check in
• Report immediately to management should there is issue at the hotel that can’t be resolved
• Ensure personal & professional grooming compliance
• Be present at the villa during check in and check out time
