Business Analyst

Minimum Requirement

• Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale of 4.0). More than 2 years of experience as business analyst in financial industry.
• Good understanding of financial industry business processes (banking, insurance and multi finance).
• Fluent in English.
  
  

• Familiar with Business Requirement and Functional Specification Design document.
• Good understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) including Waterfall and Agile concept.
• Familiar with Business Analyst tools and techniques.
• Thorough and detail-oriented person.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to independently learn new concepts/technology.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure.
• Ability to work occasional overtime and a flexible schedule as needed to meet work objectives and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

• Having knowledge in Database is a plus.
