Job Description:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of client companies, including their industry, operations, work culture, and environment.
Promote job openings by crafting and placing advertisements in various media, including social platforms, to attract candidates and foster relationships.
Perform headhunting to identify and approach potential candidates who might be interested in new opportunities or are currently employed.
Use candidate databases to find suitable matches for client vacancies.
Manage applications, conduct interviews and tests, and create a shortlist of candidates for clients.
Request and evaluate references to determine the suitability of applicants before presenting their profiles to clients.
Inform candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
Prepare CVs and other correspondence to forward to clients regarding qualified candidates.
Organize interviews for candidates as requested by clients.
Communicate interview results to candidates.
Negotiate salaries and compensation packages, and finalize agreements between clients and candidates.
Provide advice to clients and candidates on salary rates, training, and career advancement.
Strive to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements, client billing, and business leads.
Evaluate and improve recruitment policies to enhance the effectiveness of selection processes and recruitment programs.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in any field is required.
1-2 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in Outsourcing or IT consulting.
Strong communication skills are crucial.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines while achieving targets.
Hands-on experience with selection processes, including phone interviews and reference checks.
Skills in conducting interviews, screening candidates, and presenting them to clients.
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.
Willingness to work in the Kelapa Gading area.
