R&D Assistant Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for product development.
• Develop new products and make samples including recipes.
• Responsible for the process of selecting vendors for raw materials and packaging according to the company's requirements.
• Conducting trials in the R&D laboratory and production, and making the product.
• This role also includes the development of both existing and new products, controlling raw materials, quality, food safety, and 5S appropriately.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Manager in the automotive industry.
• Able to read/make 2D and 3D drawings.
• Proficient in CAD (AutoCAD, UG, G-star).
