Quality Control Supervisor

Able to create report materials using PowerPoint and Excel, and able to deliver presentations.

Have more than 5 years of experience.

Experience managing more than 10 subordinates as a QC supervisor.

Able to conduct analysis using statistical quality methods (FMEA/Measurement System Analysis/Pokayoke/Minilab/QC Tools).

Strong leadership with a high sense of responsibility.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.

Have basic knowledge of AC or refrigeration.

Willing to be placed at Cikarang.

Scope of Responsibilities/Job Description:

1. Head of Manufacturing Quality Control Department.
2. Quality judge for Internal Defects.
3. Prepare budget and action plan.
4. Controlling manpower.
5. Implementation of Corrective Actions for Internal Production Defects.
6. Internal Manufacturing Quality Analysis and Improvement.
7. Plan and follow up on line audits, product audits, and spare part inspection plans.
8. Root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up for market claims related to manufacturing quality.
9. ISO internal audit, ISO and SNI supervision.
