Our primary sales channels include leading e-commerce platforms in Indonesia including Shopee, Tokopedia, and Tiktok Shop. We cater to a broad market across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia and Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily e-commerce operations on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Tiktok Shop.
• Monitor and ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and returns management.
• Analyze platform performance and use data-driven insights to improve processes and increase sales.
• Handle and resolve operational issues, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business strategies and compile performance reports.
• Coordinate promotion campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
• Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing the checkout process and providing excellent customer support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field from a reputable University (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Have knowledge of managing marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Tiktok Shop.
• Knowledge of industry trends and competitors in the e-commerce market.
• Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Tokopedia, and Tiktok Shop.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
