Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE)-Site Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable and responsible to do site survey for Modernization Project
  • Accountable and responsible for survey result for Modernization Project and ensure high quality survey is done
  • Occasionally support Project with survey order
  • Be able to accommodate survey time outside office hour
  • Be able to communicate for less technical queries from customer during tender and order survey
  • High mobility and willing to support survey across Indonesia region
  • Be able to utilize survey tools provided and KONE survey platform

Requirements :

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Preferable 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience in service operations, field operations, technical support (THD/sales support)
  • Strong Analytical and Conceptual Thinking
  • Dynamic, highly motivated to achieve target
  • Able to work in a team, Good communications skills, able to work in under minimum supervisions
  • Holistic understanding of different building types and customer segments
  • Excellent skills in understanding and translating customer needs (requirements) into technical specifications
