Manager Produksi

PT. Sunson Textile Manufacturer Tbk is an integrated textile company based in Bandung, established in 1972. The Company's business operations include spinning, weaving, and texturizing industries. It produces a variety of products, including yarn and woven fabrics made from 100% cotton, TC, CVC, TR, and PE, as well as DTY polyester yarn. Besides marketing its products domestically, the Company also exports to countries across Asia, Europe, America, and Africa.

This full-time on-site role for a Manager Produksi is based in Sumedang. The Manager Produksi will oversee the daily operations of the production department, ensure that production schedules are met, and maintain high quality standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with other departments to optimize production efficiency.

• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience in production planning and control
• Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes
• Understanding of quality control and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Sumedang
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field
• Experience in the textile industry is a plus
