Lily Jean is a luxury fashion brand based in Bali, specializing in handmade, ethically sourced garments. We create high-quality, unique pieces and are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to help us grow our online presence and drive sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Design visually compelling ad creatives using graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
• Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
• Research and implement strategies for high-value fashion products.
• Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Manage and optimize ads through Shopify, ensuring seamless integration with Meta campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure ads align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
• Stay updated on Meta advertising trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram), ideally for fashion, luxury, or high-value products.
• Proficiency in Shopify is a must (managing ads, tracking conversions, and optimizing store performance).
• Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other design software).
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Pixel, and Ad Manager.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for the best performance.
• Creativity and attention to detail to ensure ads match our brand image.
• Competitive salary (3.5 - 5 million IDR/month).
