Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients by understanding their unique insurance needs for EB and offering tailored solutions.
  • Analyze client insurance portfolios, assess risk exposure, and recommend adjustments or enhancements to coverage during clients' renewal process.
  • Oversee EB insurance renewal process, ensuring seamless transitions and proactively addressing any changes or challenges.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout clients' policy journey including claims process and endorsement process, then coordinate internally with the operation team to handle client requests.
  • Facilitate efficient resolution towards any client inquiries and be the advocate for client interests.
  • Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies to help them make informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products and services to existing clients.
  • Provide value-adding relationships to clients, such as coordinating wellness programs.

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years as an Employee Benefit Account Manager or have client servicing experience or equivalent in an Insurance Company or Brokers. Additional insurance education or designation preferred.
  • Must have experience maintaining employee benefits for large companies.
  • Must have deep knowledge of Employee Benefit products.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and preparing presentations.
  • Must be highly organized and work well in a team environment. Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to assess and maintain multiple priorities while managing one or more books of business.
