IT Sales Manager

About the role

As the IT Sales Manager at PT Visionet Data Internasional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and success for our information and communications technology solutions. In this full-time role based in Tangerang, Banten, you will work closely with our pre-sales and post-sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve ambitious sales targets.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share for our IT solutions
• Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and support to help them exceed their sales goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to tenders and proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their evolving needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Collaborate closely with the pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly
• Provide sales forecasting and reporting to the senior management team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the information and communications technology industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a high-performing sales team
• Excellent understanding of the IT market, including products, services, trends and competitors
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Proficient in data analysis and sales forecasting
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
