Job Description:

1. Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze competitors, and identify global trends and innovations from other countries.
2. Develop and execute product launch strategies with a meticulous approach to each phase of supplement product development.
3. Manage and develop product formulations, ingredient sourcing, and packaging to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards.
4. Handle product quality complaints and resolve related issues.
5. Review packaging designs, including the preparation for new product approvals or reprinting of existing products.
