We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor Degree, majoring in Management Information preferred.
• Economic Concentration Risk Management or other disciplines related to system development.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep knowledge of the Life Insurance sectors.
• Interest in Development System, computer literate with good analytical ability and communication skills.
• Honesty and high integrity.
• Good skills in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good in English (written and oral).

Nice to Haves:

• Ability to build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.

On the job you will:

1. Oversee user complaints issues within the team, and effectively handle and resolve user concerns.
2. Regularly review the user complaints report and identify appropriate resolutions or action plans for continuous improvements.
3. Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and nurture an environment where the team can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
4. Adopt AJMI culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer-centric attitude contributing to internal environment.
5. Lead and supervise the team's performance in projects to improve processes to ensure projects are completed on time with expected results.
6. Actively supply UAT progress results and reports for Data Analytics Function to ensure achievement of project effectiveness.
