Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to handle and manage end to end FTTx / FTTH network operation.
2. Maintaining FTTx / FTTH technical standards, processes, practices, and operational (preventive and corrective maintenance activities).
3. Provide analysis and assessment for any requirements, migration, integration related FTTx / FTTH to maintain operational excellence.
4. Analysis and evaluation of any issues in all fiber optic equipment related to network and customer experience improvement.
5. Create standards KPI performance and quality management in FTTx / FTTH network.
6. Conduct and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to ensure KPI performance.
7. Provide data reporting and analysis to improve customer experience in FTTH network.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering.
2. Min. 8 years relevant experience in FTTx / FTTH network.
3. Experience in operation and maintenance OSP (from ODF to ONT) and FTTH network equipment.
4. Fully understand FTTx / FTTH technical standards, processes, practices, operational, and maintenance.
5. Capability to maintain FTTx / FTTH equipment (ODN GPON, OLT, Airpon, ONT, BNG and any surrounding system AAA, BSS, Provisioning) for any requirements and changes for installation, integration and monitoring operation tools.
6. Technical experience in OSP and FTTH network and topology.
7. Capability to handle incident and fault management system.
8. Knowledge of HFC, IP, and Optical Transmission Technology.
