My client is a global scientific research & consultancy company.

Job Description

1. Contract Management: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, including client and supplier agreements, RFPs/RFIs, and service level agreements.
2. Legal Compliance: Developing and presenting in-house legal compliance training, monitoring regulatory changes (including H&S and ESG), and supporting industry-affiliated legal and compliance committees.
3. Operational Support: Assisting with the drafting and coordination of operational risk-related policies and procedures, and supporting supply chain/procurement functions.
4. Contract Systems: Supporting and developing the use of contract management systems.
5. Ad-Hoc Projects: Handling various projects as required by the business.

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelor of Law with at least 2-5 years of experience as in-house counsel from a quality-testing company or other service industry.
2. Excellent in commercial contract management.
3. Previous regional exposure would be a plus.
4. Solid proficiency in English is a must, while Mandarin skills is a plus.
5. Someone ambitious who is open to experiencing regional exposure in a multicultural environment.
