Receivable Accounting: Responsible for timely and correct accounting of Sales, Receivables from customers, and Selling expenses.
Selling Expenses: Ensure that the expenses (Freight charges, Commission on Sales, etc.) are made in line with the agreements and contracts.
Analyse Expenses: Control the cost and conduct debtor control by continuously monitoring dues outstanding from local & export customers.
Review of long over dues: Collaborate with the Marketing Department.
Purchase Accounting and Payable control: Ensure that purchases are accounted for and payments are made timely to suppliers.
Audits Management: Ensure correctness and accuracy of accounting transactions, finalize Monthly/Yearly books of account as per the Indonesian Accounting standard, and arrange for Accounts audits while providing clarifications as requested.
Treasury: Explore viable alternatives to existing banks for processing Export/Domestic rupee bills and opening Import LCs with reasonable pricing.
People Development: Train and develop the reporting team members through regular training programs and implement initiatives under the Element Information and systems.
Expat Policy: Manage expat policy implementation based on group policy.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely submission of reports and documents as required by the tax department, preparation of Annual Corporate Tax Return, and other monthly returns with timely payment.
Checking Faktur Pajak (Tax Invoice) and other tax-related documents: Ensure every Tax Invoice has complete supporting documents and is correct, and prepare monthly returns for the tax department.
Monitoring VAT return: Ensure and confirm VAT Refund amounts, coordinate with tax authorities for VAT refunds, and prepare and submit required documents.
Liasoning and coordination with tax department and custom authorities: Maintain good relations with tax authorities and coordinate with customs for Kawasan Berikat.
Calculation of Process Stock: Prepare and check Opening Process Stock Report, calculate details in the Process Stock physical sheet, and ensure the Process Stock Report is correct.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
Experience in preparing and/or auditing financial reports.
Deep understanding and experience in handling accounting affairs for manufacturing and retail store operations.
Required skills: accounting and financial analysis, accounting audit, accounting for manufacturing and retail store operation, SAP.
Candidate with a certified public accountant license is a must.
Required languages: English (Speaking & written).
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field (preferably from manufacturing).
