Utility & Equipment Maintenance Staff

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Utility & Equipment Maintenance Staff to join our team at PT Piaggio Indonesia Industrial. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our manufacturing utility, equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing utility such as electric systems, transformer, MVMDB, LVMDB panels, sub-distribution panels, air pressure, compressor, pump system, firefighting system, ASU, clean water system, water treatment systems, boiler, and other facilities related to the factory.
• Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on buildings structure of the plant, roof, and offices to ensure they are consistent with safety standards.
• Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment such as tooling for pneumatic, battery screw drivers tools and other assembly line tools, machines and machinery.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any utility & equipment malfunctions or breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Conducting regular inspections on utility, equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they arise.
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and utility and equipment performance.
• Maintaining the inventory records for spare parts and equipment of utilities.
• Collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Adhering to all relevant utility, equipment and facilities safety protocols and regulations.
• Implementing ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 requirements.
• Providing support and guidance to less experienced maintenance technicians as required.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Production Operations Management, or equivalent field of study preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar utility & equipment maintenance role, preferably within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of industrial utility, equipment and facilities.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance best practices and ability to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently to resolve issues.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and experience in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Knowledge of relevant ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 implementation.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
