Settlement Deputy Dept Head (Payment Solutions)

We are assisting one of our clients, a well-known Fintech Company (for Banking & Payment solutions) and they are currently looking for Transactions Monitoring or Fraud Management Dept Head.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure complaints, specifically claims from partners (Mitra), are resolved effectively within agreed deadlines.
2. Ensure the overall settlement process is completed smoothly and efficiently.
3. Monitor the complaint handling process to ensure compliance with established standards.
4. Take over customer issues that cannot be resolved by the Section Head.
5. Evaluate the outcomes of customer complaint resolutions to provide insights for improving the customer handling system.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in EFT Switching operations at a managerial level.
2. Knowledge of banking, business principles, strong analytical skills, and interpersonal techniques.
