Product Development Associate

We are a consulting firm specializing in consultancy, training, and system development aligned with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 300 organizations in the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance company services, including ISO implementation consulting, training, and management system development for clients across various industries
• Conduct research on industry trends and ISO standards to identify market opportunities for new products and services
• Design and create comprehensive training syllabi and materials
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective service development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of ISO standards and market research is a plus
• Willingness to be placed in Yogyakarta
