Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in Komodo. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, showing properties to potential buyers, and negotiating sales transactions. Daily tasks will include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, providing excellent customer service to clients, and working closely with the property management team to coordinate property showings and transactions.

Qualifications

• Possess skills in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate
• Hold a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent Sales skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Bali real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
