About the role

We are seeking an experienced Asisten Manager and Translator (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team at PT HUGE DENTAL INDONESIA, a leading dental manufacturer in Tangerang Banten. As a full-time position, this role is crucial in supporting our senior management and facilitating effective communication between our organization and our Chinese-speaking headquarters.

What you'll be doing

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the oral and written translation between the Factory Head and various departments to ensure accurate communication of information.
2. Assist in the translation of various documents, reports, rules, and other documents.
3. Assist the factory head for our Indonesia projects and other duties as required.
4. Assist the factory head to communicate with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of various tasks.
5. Providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the management team.

Administrative and General Affairs Support (GA):

1. Assist in handling company administrative affairs, including office equipment management, procurement, logistics support, etc.
2. Responsible for the management and filing of company certificates, contracts, and related documents.
3. Support corporate culture construction, assist in organizing employee activities and welfare management.
4. Cross-departmental communication and coordination.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must, with excellent written and verbal translation skills.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the healthcare industry is preferred.
