HR Supervisor (Pekalongan Placement)

Responsibilities

1. Handle Site Human Resources Management, Including Recruitment, Salary, Compensation, Audit, Employee Training and Development
2. Coordinate with government and local authorities for human resources issues.
3. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
4. Address workplace human resources concerns and disputes.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
3. Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
4. Able to operate Microsoft Office.
5. Project management skills.
6. Problem solving & analytical skills, presentation skills.
