About The Team: The Delivery team serves as a vital force of delivery operations in TikTok Shop. Excelling in precise, prompt delivery operations, our aim is to ensure every package reaches its destination safely and swiftly. Committed to customer satisfaction, we navigate challenges with the spirit of efficiency and collaboration, embodying TikTok Shop's dedication to excellence in every delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and supervise end-to-end processes of daily hub operations in the Jabodetabek area (First mile & Last Mile operations).
2. Maintain and control manpower costs, courier supply, and ensure accurate reconciliation of settlement courier.
3. Provide coaching and support to Supervisors and Hub Leads to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
4. Achieve all KPIs related to customer service, cost, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
6. Ensure the direction of strategy at local and regional levels is consistent.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in first mile & last-mile delivery operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
4. Strong understanding of logistics principles and first mile & last-mile delivery processes.
