About the role

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our dynamic team at PT ACCENTUATES in Denpasar, Bali. This is a contract position, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and regulations.
3. Provide support for employee relations, including handling queries, investigating complaints, and recommending appropriate actions.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
5. Assist with the coordination of employee training and development programmes.
6. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee engagement and morale.
7. Provide administrative support for HR-related activities, such as payroll, benefits, and leave management.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR officer or HR generalist role.
2. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Proficient in HR-related software and technologies, including HRIS and payroll systems.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
5. Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
6. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
