This position is for Batam Placement.
Assist in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
Assist in audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to industry and government requirements.
Rotate across different finance functions to gain comprehensive industry knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts on operations and projects.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Learn and utilize SAP System and financial management software for data analysis and reporting.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Collaborate with other departments to understand the financial impact of business activities.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economic with Min GPA 3.0.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Interest in the shipyard, maritime, or manufacturing industries is a plus.

This for 2 Years training program includes job rotations across key financial functions.
Upon successful completion, candidates may be placed in a role such as Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant, Treasury Executive, Finance Executive, etc.
