Finance Graduate Trainee (GT)

This position is for Batam Placement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support business decision-making.

• Assist in audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to industry and government requirements.

• Rotate across different finance functions to gain comprehensive industry knowledge.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts on operations and projects.

• Prepare reports and presentations.

• Learn and utilize SAP System and financial management software for data analysis and reporting.

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.

• Collaborate with other departments to understand the financial impact of business activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economic with Min GPA 3.0.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Interest in the shipyard, maritime, or manufacturing industries is a plus.

• This for 2 Years training program includes job rotations across key financial functions.

• Upon successful completion, candidates may be placed in a role such as Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant, Treasury Executive, Finance Executive, etc.
