Electronic QA/QC Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 13485 and Good Electromedical Manufacturing Practice (CPAKB).
2. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
3. Oversee and evaluate Quality Control (QC) processes to ensure products meet specified standards and requirements.
4. Collaborate with the Production and R&D teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
5. Manage quality documentation, including procedures, policies, and inspection records.
6. Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Address and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
8. Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, regulatory bodies, and customers on quality-related matters.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering.
2. Experience in electronics or electromedical manufacturing is required.
3. Strong knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management Systems.
4. Experience with Good Electromedical Manufacturing Practice (CPAKB) is a plus.
5. Proven experience in quality auditing, both internal and external.
6. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Experience with electromedical equipment is an advantage.
