FRANCHISE MANAGER/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Management, Marketing Communication, Business Management or other related major. A Master Degree is an advantage.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Franchise, Business Development, Sales management, Product/Category management across e-Commerce, Retail or Hospitality Industries.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  4. Good negotiation skills and influencing abilities.
  5. Strong leadership skills.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical aptitude.
  7. Ability to handle complex situations with a continuous drive for results.
  8. Technical aptitude and basic understanding of e-commerce marketplace business models.
  9. Experience in handling digital sales and marketing of Indonesia's top brand companies.
  10. In-depth understanding of business dynamics and complexity of channel management.
  11. Excellent relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

  1. Build and acquire new sales leads within the food & beverage industry and maintain current clients.
  2. Fully responsible for achieving budgeted and revenue targets from the partner channel.
  3. Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Stay updated on local market trends and identify sales opportunities proactively to meet and exceed targets.
  5. Prepare sales materials such as proposals, contracts, and presentations to effectively communicate our offerings and value proposition.
  6. Conduct canvassing activities to expand our client base and generate leads.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams, especially marketing, operational, and sales, to drive effective product interventions and on-ground execution to drive business growth.
  8. Analyze data to gather inferences and channel actionable inputs to all stakeholders.
  9. Identify core process areas for improvement and create metrics to achieve objectives.
  10. Monitor the competitive landscape closely and plan suitable interventions to drive business share growth.
