Senior Sales

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, chemical majors are preferred
• Fluent in English or Chinese
• More than 3 years sales experience in additive material of latex paints
• Diligent and self-motivated
• Presentation and persuasive skills are required
• Latex paints technical experience is preferable

Job Description:

• Developing market and customers in an effective way
• Be familiar with the company's products, investigate and understand the customer needs of the target market
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options to customers
• Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of our products
• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
• Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
• Gather marketplace information on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques of the latex paint industry
