8-10 years experience driving behavior change communication in financial services (banking or fintech)
Experience in planning and executing campaign communications across multiple media channels including EDM, digital and POS
Experience working with complex granular data and synthesizing it into actionable insights for decision makers
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and pain points, translating these insights into campaigns that are both impactful and relevant
Nice to have:
Experience with a card issuer or an e-commerce marketplace preferred
Masters Degree in related fields a plus
Responsibilities:
Support operating teams in defining outcomes from campaign marketing communications
Analyze historical campaign metrics and operating criteria to determine key success elements
Support an experimentation culture to continuously refine messaging, design, and delivery channels, optimizing for the most effective strategies based on controlled, data-backed experimentation
Playback results and success of campaigns delivered to client, leading to improved customer experiences
Collaborate with financial institutions' product, corporate affairs, public relations, brand, legal, procurement, finance & contact centre teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers via marketing communications.
