Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Cargo Forwarding Company

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
3. Visit customers independently to support their current business needs.
4. Take the lead in discussions with clients and AFF/OFF members regarding service recovery and first level escalations.
5. Perform other job duties as requested by the Immediate Superior.
6. Physically meet clients and support existing key accounts in maintenance and business development.
7. Lead escalations and business implementations for allocated existing clients and organize necessary meetings with corresponding business units.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
2. 3 years of experience working in the forwarding industry as a salesperson.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
