Early Years Teacher

Empathy School Bali is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic team! If you love working with young learners and believe in fostering creativity, curiosity, and empathy through play-based education, we’d love to have you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an early years or lower primary setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood learning approaches.
• Experience with play-based, Montessori, or Jolly Phonics curriculum is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Learning: Design and deliver play-based, inquiry-driven lessons that support early childhood development.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment while fostering social-emotional growth.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on early childhood education trends, attend training, and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
