EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER PG/TK

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Kindergarten & Playgroup Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education, a love for teaching young children, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.

Teaching Skills:

• Knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
• Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Experience in using play-based learning and interactive teaching methods.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive and structured learning environment.

Language Skills: Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written is a must).

Technology Skills: Familiar with basic digital tools, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), basic editing (canva apps, photoshop, etc) and educational apps.

Creativity & Innovation: Able to integrate music, arts, storytelling, and hands-on activities into lessons.

Personality Traits:

• Passionate about early childhood education.
• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic in engaging with young children.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Additional Preferences:

• Experience with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Inquiry-Based Learning approaches is a plus.
• Ability to plan and organize school events or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to participate in school training and professional development programs.
