Quality Assurance Supervisor/Chief

About the role

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Supervisor/Chief to join our dynamic team at KORRUN GROUP. As a key member of our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance across our operations. This full-time role is based in Central Java or West Java.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive quality assurance programs to maintain and improve product quality
• Conducting regular inspections and testing to identify and resolve quality issues proactively
• Analysing quality data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions
• Collaborating with production teams to optimise manufacturing processes and minimise defects
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations and industry best practices
• Providing training and guidance to quality assurance staff to continuously enhance their skills and knowledge
• Documenting quality control procedures and maintaining accurate records
• Identifying opportunities for quality improvement and driving continuous innovation

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the garment/shoes/bag manufacturing.
• Comprehensive understanding of quality management principles, tools and techniques.
• ISO 9001 training/certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Ability to interpret and apply quality-related regulations, standards and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating quality assurance teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using relevant software tools.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung/Jepara.
