Our client is a subsidiary of a large group company in Indonesia. Their Textiles Manufacturing Industry is open for the position below:

Head of IT

Requirements:

1. Leverage SAP and dashboard applications to increase efficiency and support business.
2. Standardize IT practices in Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand within the OS business.
3. Manage WAN connectivity across the business, considering varying service provider costs and local regulations.
4. Identify, upgrade, and retain IT team members due to rapid technology advancements; address challenges in learning opportunities and succession planning.
5. Develop a common data center for business, accommodating different requirements, specifications, and regulations in the regions we operate.
6. Manage six business units: MIS, Security Policy, SAP Implementation, Application Development, Support Services, and People Management.
