About the Role
As Senior Software Analyst, Engineering and Solution, you will lead and manage a technical project team and be an instrumental cog in the IT PAC (People and Culture) team of GoTo, owning everything related to the HR system and its ecosystem. Collaborating with other IT stakeholders, such as Infrastructure, Security, and other functional teams, you will be responsible for overall technical project planning, development, and modification of HR Systems, providing support for Workday with downstream/upstream systems. You will have ample opportunity to flex your Workday configuration skills and dive deep into projects that deliver exceptional human capital technology solutions, ensuring everything we do works in harmony with GoTo’s goals and values.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for technical design, configurations, and deployment of HR Systems, including Workday solutions and interfaces based on business needs
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to develop detailed IT architecture plans and technology roadmap as it relates to the HR ecosystem
- Collaborate with PAC functional owners to develop automated testing scripts
- Ensure overall design and configuration of Workday adheres to security, risk management controls, policies, and is fully documented
- Strategize, monitor, and provide technical support on the PAC ecosystem
- Accountable to lead & align the technical team and drive for results
- Monitor, review, and assess the PAC ecosystem application roadmap version, ensuring proper tests are performed
What You Will Need
- At least 3+ years of experience in implementing/maintaining HR System & HR Projects; Workday is a plus (integrations, data migration, reporting, and access roles, etc.)
- Experience in managing technical implementation with a strong ability to work with related organizations within IT, business, and project support teams
- Experience in managing Support Teams and establishing strong relationships across teams and business users, including managing and owning the troubleshooting escalation processes
- Knowledge of Workday Interface, Reporting & Dashboard, Security, Access, Enterprise Change Management Process, Audits, Application security & data privacy reviews is a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in building integration and application framework
- Understanding of HR functional & Workday functionality expertise with the ability to contribute effectively in design discussions considering long-term support
- Strong understanding of IT Application Development principles (SDLC) & architectures with proven experience in supporting Agile PI events, sprints, and the release management processes
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a proven track record of successful engagement with Agilent businesses and functions
- Strong leadership & organizational skills with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
About the Team
Our IT PAC (People and Culture) Team is part of the larger IT Enterprise Systems Team under the CIO Organization. This larger team, which has more than 50 team members globally, oversees all internal and enterprise systems for GoTo's businesses, including (but not limited to) finance, people services, productivity, sales, operations, internal security access, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and emails.
