Junior Architect

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural designs and drawings under the supervision of senior architects.
• Prepare detailed plans, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather project requirements and assess feasibility.
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers and contractors, to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Research materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for client meetings and project approvals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Support the preparation of project cost estimates and timelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the architectural field.
