Your role and responsibilities
Join us as the Regional Marketing Communications Manager for the Process Automation Business Area where you will be instrumental in driving business objectives by leading the development and execution of innovative and effective marketing and communications strategies in Indonesia, Thailand and Australia. Your responsibilities will include crafting internal and external marketing and communications strategy and activities that cut across all appropriate marketing and communication channels and touch points to extend awareness and visibility of the business.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries in Jakarta, Indonesia
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Support in development and implementation regional marketing and communication strategies aligned with overall business objectives as well as plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation through earned media coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including industry marketing, sales, and regional leadership, to ensure alignment of messaging and goals also to manage and support internal communications initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to employees across the region, fostering engagement, alignment, and morale.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, videos, and other materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 10 years of solid track record in marketing and communications roles, in but not limited to energy, technology consulting industry.
- Strategic mindset: The ability to develop and implement regional marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives is essential.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying messaging internally and externally.
- Relationship-building abilities: Candidates should have experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical capabilities: The ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance metrics is crucial for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking: Candidates should be innovative and creative, capable of developing impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Able to demonstrate practical application of digital marketing and social media management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information, identify strategic opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential (both written and spoken).
