Responsible to promote Treasury’s banking products and services to Japanese Corporate Banking clients, including but not limited to Foreign Exchange and Derivative, develop and maintain business with existing and new customers by partnering with Relationship Managers to achieve Bank’s profit target. Also responsible for ensuring delivery of products to customers to deliver a high quality of service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze market including but not limited to macroeconomic indicators to provide market updates or advice to customers.
  • Work in partnership with colleagues in the Branch to share best practices, deliver an integrated service for our customers and to develop new business.
  • Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
  • Support the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to meet the department's revenue targets by promoting and providing a broad range of Treasury products & services, quoting rates and making deals as a Senior Sales Dealer to contribute to Bank’s profit and turnover target.
  • Build effective relationships with key customers to develop new business and to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
  • Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support in delivering seamless transactions to the customer, including but not limited to Operations.
  • Support and guide less experienced team members on complex market issues.
