About the job Account Executive (Event Management)

On behalf of our client, a dynamic event management and language services company, we are currently seeking an Account Executive. This position involves identifying new business opportunities and nurturing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage to find new clients based on our services
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  3. Unlock new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  4. Present services to prospective clients
  5. Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  6. Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
  7. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customers' satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation
  8. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role with minimum 2-3 years of experience
  2. Familiar with government, corporate, MICE, and event organizing
  3. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  4. Knowledge of MS Office
  5. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  6. Organizational and time-management skills
  7. Enthusiastic and passionate
  8. Ability to speak and write in English is an advantage
